BUBBLE DROPS is a food foaming agent (an alternative to egg white). The main task is to replace egg white in cocktails, thereby making the work of bartenders easier, simplifying and speeding up the process of making a cocktail, getting rid of a whole range of problems associated with egg white, and this is a higher price for egg white per serving of cocktail, long preparation of egg white (separation, homogenization, bottling), rapid spoilage, foreign "egg" taste and smell of egg white from the foam cap, the risk of salmonellosis, etc.
